Building a culture where disciples are raised up\, leaders are multiplied\, and people are brought to Jesus takes time\, intentionality\, and the support of others on the same journey. The Divine Renovation Learning Community is a 12-month journey for priests and parish leadership teams across New Zealand to learn\, take action\, and grow together as they work to build more missional parishes. Beginning with three 90-minute online gatherings between September 2026 and February 2027\, followed by an in-person gathering in March 2027\, the Learning Community will continue throughout the year with regular touchpoints. Each gathering will explore practical aspects of parish renewal and include: Wisdom from experienced leaders: Hear honest\, practical conversations with leaders including Fr James Mallon\, Brett Powell\, Fr. Chris Ryan\, MGL\, Brent Dolfo\, and others\, drawing on their experience of leading and accompanying parishes in renewal.Action and accountability: Revisit your parish priorities\, share what you’ve tried and what you’re learning\, and identify concrete next steps.Learning with other parishes: Build relationships with priests and leadership teams who are also working to move their parishes from maintenance to mission.Personalised support: The Learning Community will also include opportunities for 1:1 coaching\, helping you apply what you are learning to the particular reality of your parish.								\n				\n				\n				\n									\n					\n						\n									I'm Interested\n					\n					\n				\n								\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n					\n				\n		\n					\n		\n				\n				\n					Why a Learning Community?				\n				\n				\n				\n									Moving from maintenance to mission requires more than good ideas.
